October-November. Sol Duc Falls (Sockeye), Salmon Cascades viewing area, multiple streams.

Yes — bigleaf maple color is dramatic late October. Wetter than spring; bring full rain gear.
Are Olympic beaches dangerous in fall?
Pacific storms increase. Stay well back from breaking waves. Sneaker waves kill.
What the NPS site won't tell you
Locals know: Kalaloch Beach 4 at sunset during a fall storm is one of the great Pacific Northwest experiences. Park your RV in the small parking area, walk down to the beach, watch the Pacific churn at golden hour. Bring rain gear; you'll get soaked, but it's worth it.
