Projections are your base rate × booked nights before your own operating costs (fuel, turns, maintenance, Stripe processing passthrough). Earnings vary. Figures shown are early-stage projections, not typical results. Realistic peer-owner utilization is 25–35%.
Any fleet on 3 or more active listings is already at the partner rate. Partner hosts carry a 10% markup instead of the standard 15% — for as long as they host with us, with no end date.

We map your rows into full listings and send the complete preview back: photos, rates, and the exact price renters will see. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
3 · Fleet live, per-rig calendars & payouts
Every rig gets its own availability calendar with iCal sync, and payouts land per completed trip via Stripe Connect. Itemized payout records back your W-9/1099 reporting.

Insurance posture for commercial fleets
Your commercial policy stays primary
Fleet operators keep their own commercial rental policies — listing on PickRV does not replace, modify, or subordinate them. The host's commercial policy applies per the host's certificate of insurance, exactly as it does off-platform. We do not make coverage promises on your behalf.

Questions fleet directors ask
When do we get paid, and how?
Payouts run through Stripe Connect and are released per completed trip — no monthly cycles, no minimums. Each payout is your full base rate for the booked nights plus your full cleaning fee. PickRV's 15% markup is added on top of that base to form the listed price renters see, and renters pay a separate 10% service fee at checkout — every line is itemized before anyone pays.
Who vets renters, and what about security deposits?
PickRV verifies renter identity before a trip is confirmed. Your listed security deposit is placed as a card hold through Stripe starting 24 hours before pickup — the renter's card is authorized, not charged, and the hold is released or captured depending on how the trip ends.
Can we sync calendars with our other channels?
Yes. Every rig gets its own availability calendar, and the host dashboard supports iCal sync — subscribe to external iCal feeds from other marketplaces or your own fleet software so availability stays consistent and double-bookings are blocked.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. PickRV never requires exclusivity. Keep your rigs on your own site and any other marketplace — per-rig iCal calendar sync keeps availability honest across every channel.
How is tax reporting handled — W-9s and 1099s?
You complete a W-9 during onboarding. Payouts flow through Stripe Connect, and year-end tax forms (1099-K where IRS thresholds are met) are generated from those payout records. Every completed trip leaves an itemized payout record for your accounting.
What cancellation policies apply to fleet listings?
You choose a policy tier per listing. Flexible: Free cancel up to 24h. Half refund even same-day. Moderate: Free cancel up to 48h. Half refund 24–48h. A platform refund floor plus state consumer-protection overlays apply automatically, so the policy renters see is always compliant in the pickup state.
