How hosting works
Three steps. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
Build your listing
Six guided steps — rig, photos, calendar, pricing, verify. Autosaves as you go, so you can leave and pick up exactly where you stopped.
We review the actual rig
Our team reviews your real listing — photos, specs, pricing — not just a name and email. You watch the status from your host dashboard the whole time.
Go live and earn
Your rig appears in your state's search and bookings come in. Stripe Connect pays out every booking — released after the trip wraps up, then 2-5 business days to your bank.
List motorhomes, towables, off-road rigs, boats, classic touring cars, or trucks & vans — one platform, six categories.
You keep 100% of your base rate — plus your cleaning fee
You set your base price and keep 100% of it — PickRV adds a 15% markup on top to form the listed price. Renters pay a transparent 10% service fee at checkout, plus state tax. The standard rate is the same in every state — no subscription, no fine print. Free to list; fees apply only when a booking completes.
Partner hosts pay a 10% commission instead of the standard 15% — for as long as they host with us, with no end date. The partner rate comes either with a personal invitation from our team, or automatically once you have 3 or more active listings.
Estimate your earnings
Public-market reference for this class: $120–$240/night (NADA + RVTrader medians — not PickRV booking data). Your price is yours to set.
Projected monthly take-home
$2,625
$175/nt × 15 nights — the base price you set — 100% yours. PickRV adds a 15% markup on top to form the listed price renters see; nothing is taken out of this take-home figure.
Earnings vary. Figures shown are early-stage projections, not typical results. Realistic peer-owner utilization is 25-35%.

Seasonality — modeling aid
Best demand window: June to September.
High country is accessible and wildflowers peak; winters bring heavy snow that closes many mountain roads and campgrounds.
Watch out: Afternoon thunderstorms are common in summer; altitude sickness is real above 8,000 feet. Winter driving requires chains or 4WD.
Shoulder tip: Late May and early October have beautiful weather in many areas but snow can still appear overnight in the mountains.
Filled = prime month · outlined = caution months (NOAA + state tourism boards — see the Colorado seasonal calendar).
Directional guidance from public seasonal data — not a PickRV demand forecast, and not applied to the math on this page. Your occupancy input stays yours; many hosts sanity-check it by modeling the demand window higher and the off-season lower than one flat number.
Applications open for new hosts — every application is reviewed by a real person.
Projection by rig class
15 nights / moEach class at its public-market reference rate (NADA + RVTrader medians — not PickRV booking data). Pick yours, then set your own rate on the left — a modeled estimate, not a guarantee.
Earnings vary. Figures shown are early-stage projections, not typical results. Realistic peer-owner utilization is 25-35%.
