Your rig appears in your state's search and bookings come in. Stripe Connect pays out every booking — released after the trip wraps up, then 2–5 business days to your bank.

You keep 100% of the base price you set — PickRV's 15% markup is added on top of it to form the listed price renters see, never taken out of it. Partner hosts carry a 10% markup instead, permanently: by invitation from our team, or automatically once you have 3+ active listings. Renters pay their own separate 10% service fee at checkout; it never touches your base. Every booking is itemized before anyone pays. The standard rate is the same in every state — no subscription, no fine print. Free to list; fees apply only when a booking completes.
The partner rate drops the markup to 10% — permanent, with no end date. The partner rate comes either with a personal invitation from our team, or automatically once you have 3 or more active listings.

Before the numbers: the coverage you have to carry
Hosts must maintain valid commercial RV insurance — or the watercraft or off-road equivalent for your rig class — as a condition of listing, valid for every rental period.
A personal auto or RV policy usually excludes rental use — check with your own agent before you build a listing. Confirming that your policy permits renting is your responsibility, and we ask you to confirm it in writing before your listing enters review.
If your coverage lapses, the listing comes down.
PickRV is not an insurer and does not sell, arrange, or advise on coverage. Renters arrange their own coverage for the trip.

High country is accessible and wildflowers peak; winters bring heavy snow that closes many mountain roads and campgrounds.
Watch out: Afternoon thunderstorms are common in summer; altitude sickness is real above 8,000 feet. Winter driving requires chains or 4WD.
Shoulder tip: Late May and early October have beautiful weather in many areas but snow can still appear overnight in the mountains.

What the first months actually look like
PickRV accepts host listings from any state, and travellers reach our state, route, and event pages every day.
Host supply is a different story: most states — Florida included — have little or nothing listed yet, and we say so on the renter side of this site rather than pretending otherwise.
That cuts both ways for you. Your listing is not buried under dozens of competing rigs, and it anchors your state's search results from the day it goes live — but your calendar fills as renters and rigs meet in your market, not on day one.
So read every figure above as what the math produces at the utilization you chose — not as bookings already waiting for you.
