What "opting out" does
- • Stops PickRV from selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- • Disables analytics, marketing, and personalization cookies on this device.
- • Does NOT delete your account or your trip history. To request deletion, see Data Rights.
- • Does NOT block strictly-necessary cookies required for booking, authentication, security, and fraud prevention. Those remain on per CCPA §1798.140(e)(8) (service provider exemption).
Submitting a request through an authorized agent
Under CCPA §1798.135(c), you may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. Send a signed authorization (or a power of attorney) to support@pickrv.com along with the consumer's first name, last name, and email associated with their PickRV account. We verify the agent's authority before processing the request and respond within 15 business days, as required by statute.
