Tween Waters Marina sits at Captiva Island's narrowest pinch point between Roosevelt Channel and the Gulf of Mexico — 18 wet slips, 50-ft vessel-length cap, and the only fuel-and-pumpout dock between South Seas Island Resort (1.5 mi north) and the Sanibel Marina 11 mi south. The marina rebuilt after Hurricane Ian's 2022 storm-surge inundation of Captiva Drive; the docks now float on pilings rated for Cat 4 surge per Lee County's revised coastal-construction code. Channel depth runs 7 ft at the marina basin and 5 ft at the Redfish Pass entrance to the Gulf — vessels above 4 ft draft time entries to high tide. The barrier-island setting means RV access is limited to the Sanibel Island Periwinkle Park 8 mi south via the Causeway (50-amp, 40-ft rig cap); Captiva itself has no RV-friendly campground and prohibits overnight parking on city streets year-round.
