Las Vegas Boat Harbor

Las Vegas Boat Harbor (the operating name for the NPS-concessionaire marina at Boulder Harbor on Lake Mead's western shore) is the busiest launch surface on the reservoir, with 370 slips, 4 launch lanes, and the only floating fuel dock still in service after Hemenway Harbor's 2021 closure. Lake Mead's pool elevation is the operating constraint that overshadows everything else — the reservoir hit a record low 1,041.7 ft in July 2022, exposing the original concrete ramp at Boulder Beach and forcing the marina concessionaire to extend the floating ramp footprint repeatedly through 2023. The current usable ramp tip sits at approximately 1,050 ft pool elevation. Boulder Beach Campground (NPS, 35-ft rig cap, dry only) is the closest RV staging two miles north on Lakeshore Road; rigs over 35 ft stage at the private Lake Mead RV Village 4 miles north with full hookups and 50-ft pads.
