Can I camp on Pueblo land?
Only with explicit Pueblo permission, which is rarely granted to non-tribal members. Many Pueblos are off-limits without escort.
Is White Sands NP van-friendly overnight?
Only backcountry permits (10 designated sites, hiked-in). No vehicle dispersed camping. Surrounding BLM allows dispersed.
