Owners keep 100% of the price they set — PickRV's commission is a markup added on top and baked into the listed price, never deducted from the owner. There are no listing fees and no monthly minimums — owners set their own calendar, price, and pickup rules. State Pioneers, the first three hosts in each state, get a reduced commission markup during their first year.
