Alaska summer daylight (Anchorage 19+ hours June) — bring blackout shades for van.

Ferry service from Bellingham WA to Haines / Juneau / Whittier allows continental US van delivery (multi-day ferry, expensive but unique).

Alaska van rental FAQ
Can I drive my van into Denali NP?
Only to Savage River (15 miles in). Further interior: shuttle bus only. Bus tickets via recreation.gov.
