Three miles of Orange County coastline and a 46-cottage Historic District listed on the National Register define the visit — and RV access stops at the day-use lots. The park has no developed campground at all; the Moro Backcountry sites are tent-only, walk-in 3-5 miles up the El Moro Canyon. RV staging in the OC corridor routes to Bolsa Chica State Beach (50 sites with hookups, 10 miles north), Doheny State Beach (121 sites, 25 miles south), or the private RV parks along PCH. The 1930s-era Crystal Cove Cottages function as a separate overnight inventory (booked via Crystal Cove Conservancy) and are the actual reason most visitors come here. Day-use parking fills by 9am summer weekends; Pelican Point lot is the most reliable.
