The rules don't carve out vans: Orlando's Chapter 39 code restricts overnight RV street parking in residential zones, Chapter 58 zoning bars overnight occupancy outside licensed RV parks (including retail lots near the attractions), and unincorporated Orange County requires a permit even for driveway stays. Licensed parks are the answer here too.
