Renting an RV in Steamboat Springs: what to know before pickup
Steamboat Springs has its own arrival logistics. Steamboat Springs KOA handles both the first night and the dump station. One street-parking ordinance applies to RVs here — cited in full in the arrival guide.
Street parking reality
One night in the rig on a public street is carved out of this ordinance by name. A second consecutive night is what converts you into a "temporary residence" and puts you in violation.
