Belmar Municipal Marina

Belmar Marina is the Borough-owned harbor at Shark River Inlet on the New Jersey coast — 400 seasonal slips, 6 public boat-ramp lanes, and the largest single municipal marina on the central Jersey shore. The marina operates on a Memorial-Day-through-Columbus-Day calendar; off-season the basin holds dry-stored vessels and the fueling system winterizes against ice. Channel depth runs 9 ft at the marina basin and the Shark River Inlet bar is maintained at 10 ft by the USACE under a seasonal dredge cycle.
