If you have ASA 104 / US Sailing Coastal Cruising or equivalent — yes, with the host's check-out. If not, book a skippered charter for the first trip and bareboat thereafter.
What about the orcas?
Federal Endangered Species Act protections require 200 yards minimum distance from southern resident orcas. Whale-watching boats hold the line carefully; private renters must as well.
