The guest camp
Four questions to settle with your venue first
RV guest lodging works beautifully on land that welcomes it and badly on land that doesn't. Settle these before anyone books a rig — every one of them is a five-minute conversation now or a crisis on the Friday.
Is overnight parking actually allowed?
Ranches that host weddings usually allow rigs; estates and wineries often don't. Get it in writing with your venue contract.
Where do rigs level and park?
Firm, level, drivable ground away from the tent lines. Walk it with the venue — a beautiful meadow that rained on Thursday is a towing bill on Sunday.
Power, water, and generator hours
Most private land means no hookups. Self-contained rigs handle a weekend fine — but agree on generator quiet hours so the ceremony isn't scored by a Honda 2200.
Bathrooms and holding tanks

What grade of classic should I book for wedding photos?
Show-grade is the sweet spot. Concours-grade cars cost several times more without meaningfully improving wedding imagery — that money is buying judged authenticity, not better photographs. Save the difference for the photographer.
How does RV guest lodging work at a ranch wedding?
Guests book rigs near your venue and sleep on the property — with the venue's written permission. Self-contained RVs handle a no-hookup weekend on private land; settle parking spots, generator quiet hours, and restroom logistics with the venue before anyone books.
What does the pricing look like?
