Penn State runs a dedicated Overnight RV lot along Orchard Road that opens at 6 p.m. the Thursday before each home game; every rig needs an RV pass and a marked space, and the lot empties by noon Sunday.

Can you drain tanks or dump grease in the lots?
No. Littering, draining fluids and grease and dumping coals are on the list of prohibited actions in the parking areas, alongside drinking in the lots while the game is in progress. gopsusports.com
How does traffic work after the game?
A one-way outbound pattern runs on the roads around the stadium before and right after every game and is expected to end 60 to 90 minutes after it; once it ends, fans can leave their lot by any route. gopsusports.com
