What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup and the rental charges are refunded in full. Between 48 and 24 hours before pickup, half of them come back — nightly total, delivery and cleaning alike. Inside 24 hours nothing is refunded. Refund percentages apply to the rental charges — the nightly total, delivery and cleaning — plus the sales tax on the refunded portion.
