  Williams City Code Article 6-3.01 (Chapter 6-3, Camping — Conduct Prohibited)

  It is unlawful to set up, use or maintain any vehicle or camper for the purpose of camping, lodging, sleeping or cooking, or to establish a temporary place of rest, on any private OR public property within the Williams city limits — including land owned or managed by any local, state or federal agency — unless an exception applies.

  For any person to set up, use or maintain any temporary structure, tent, bag, vehicle, a camper or any other thing for the purpose of camping, lodging, sleeping, cooking or starting or maintaining a camp fire; or establish a temporary place of rest, on any private or public property within the City limits, including property owned, operated or managed by any local, state or federal agency or department, unless such use is exempted by any of the following sections.

  Williams City Code Article 6-3.02(e) (Chapter 6-3, Camping — Exceptions)

  The camping ban does not apply to parking a vehicle, camper or recreational vehicle for less than 24 hours with the express or implied consent of the property owner or managing agency — unless the property is conspicuously posted against it, or an authorised agent asks you to move within the 24-hour window.

  This Article shall not apply to the parking of any vehicle, camper or recreational vehicle for a period of less than twenty-four (24) hours with the consent, either express or implied, of the respective governmental entity, property owner, manager, renter, lessee or agent thereof, unless the property upon which any such vehicle, camper or recreational vehicle is parked is conspicuously posted as provided in subsection (a) of this Article, or unless an authorized agent of the respective governmental entity managing or responsible for such property, or the property owner, manager, renter, lessee or agent thereof, specifically requests that such vehicle, camper or recreational vehicle be moved within the twenty-four (24) hour period.
