Laramie Municipal Code Sec. 10.36.330 (Recreational vehicle, trailer—Parking permitted in certain places)
A recreational vehicle or trailer may be parked in a Laramie street only if the spot is immediately and entirely adjacent to real property both owned AND occupied by the RV's owner, and no more than one RV or trailer may be parked in the street per residential property owner.
In addition to the limitations specified in this chapter, recreational vehicles and trailers may be parked in the street only if the area in which any such vehicle is parked is immediately and entirely adjacent to real property which is owned and occupied by the owner of the recreational vehicle or trailer. No more than one recreational vehicle or trailer may be parked in the street per residential property owner.

Laramie Municipal Code Sec. 8.68.090(A) (Recreational vehicles, and tents)
It is unlawful to occupy or inhabit a recreational vehicle anywhere in Laramie outside a licensed RV park, manufactured home community or campground — except that one visiting RV may be parked on privately owned residential property and lived in for no more than 14 days in any one calendar year.
Occupation Outside of Licensed Recreational Vehicle Parks or Campgrounds. It is unlawful for any person to occupy or inhabit a recreational vehicle or tent upon any premises or tract of land located within the city which is outside a licensed recreational vehicle park, manufactured home community or campground, except that one visiting travel trailer, recreational vehicle or tent may be parked on privately owned, residential property, and may be inhabited for a period not to exceed fourteen days in any one calendar-year period.

Such parking is limited to one day per RV, must be free of charge, requires the business owner's permission, and no utility hookups or sewage disposal are allowed unless the business provides a dump station. This is the rare city that writes the big-box-lot overnight into law. It is legal for exactly one night, only with the store's permission, and only in a large paved lot — a small strip-mall lot does not qualify.

Laramie Municipal Code Sec. 12.52.045 (Overnight sleeping in parks prohibited)
No one may camp, sleep, or park a camper, trailer or motor home in any Laramie city park or park facility between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without advance written approval from the city manager. Parking the rig at a city park to wait out the night is a violation even if nobody is sleeping in it — the ordinance bans the parking, not just the sleeping.
