Cheyenne Municipal Code Sec. 10.52.020(D) (Prohibited in specified places)
No oversized vehicle may be parked along ANY public roadway in Cheyenne between Labor Day and Memorial Day. The only exceptions are the summer window (Memorial Day to Labor Day, plus up to five consecutive days before Memorial Day and five after Labor Day for loading, unloading, winterizing or de-winterizing), a temporary oversized-vehicle permit, or a mobile food truck operating under Title 8, Chapter 8.40.
In addition to subsections (A) through (C) of this section, no person shall park an oversized vehicle, as defined by Section 8.60.020(A)(8) of the city code, along any public roadway of the city of Cheyenne between Labor Day and Memorial Day.

Cheyenne Municipal Code Sec. 8.60.020(A)(8) (Nuisances — Definitions)
"Oversized vehicle" means any vehicle or combination of vehicles exceeding 25 feet in length, 9 feet in height, or 8 feet 6 inches in width, excluding projecting lights and devices allowed by Wyoming statute. Vehicles adapted for accessibility, and tractor units under Sec. 10.52.020, are excluded.
"Oversized vehicle" shall mean any vehicle or any combination of vehicles which exceeds twenty-five (25) feet in length, nine (9) feet in height or eight feet six inches in width, exclusive of projecting lights and other devices allowed by Wyo. Stat. Title 31, Chapter 5, Article 9.

An oversized vehicle parked along a public roadway between Labor Day and Memorial Day is itself declared a nuisance and may be abated (towed/removed) under the nuisance chapter, in addition to any parking penalty. The penalty is not just a ticket you can pay later — the city has a second, independent legal route to remove the vehicle as a nuisance.

Even in summer, a recreational vehicle or trailer may be parked in the street only where the parking area is immediately and entirely adjacent to real property owned or occupied by the RV's owner — and that permission does not extend to any RV that qualifies as an oversized vehicle.
