Idaho Falls City Code § 9-4-5(A)(1) (Title 9, Ch. 4 — Storage of vehicles, motorhomes and trailers on public streets and alleys)
It is unlawful for a motorhome or trailer to be parked or stored for the purposes of loading and unloading on any street or alley in Idaho Falls for more than two separate 24-hour periods within any 7-day window.
It shall be unlawful for a motorhome or trailer to be parked or stored for the purposes of loading and unloading upon a street or alley within the City in excess of two (2) periods of twenty-four (24) hours within in any 7-day time period.

Parking rule
Idaho Falls City Code § 9-4-5(A)(2)(c) (Storage of vehicles, motorhomes and trailers on public streets and alleys)
Moving the motorhome or trailer to another spot on a public street or alley does not restart the clock if the new spot is within 300 feet in any direction of the original location — the code deems that the same location.
a motorhome or trailer shall be considered to be parked "in the same location" notwithstanding movement of the vehicle to another location on a public street or alley within three hundred feet (300') in any direction of the original location of the vehicle.

Any vehicle, motorhome or trailer unlawfully parked or stored under this section may be removed at the direction of any peace officer and impounded under the chapter's impound provisions. No notice period is written into this section — impound is available straight away, and on a rental that becomes a release-fee and a very awkward call to the owner.
