Bryce Point Road east of the Inspiration Point intersection, including the Paria View Road, is closed to recreational vehicles over 20 feet in length and to any vehicle towing a trailer. The park's stated reason is that the parking areas are too small to turn a vehicle longer than 20 feet around.

What this means for you: Bryce Point is the sunrise viewpoint everyone drives to, and a 20-foot cap excludes essentially every rental Class A and most Class C. Park the rig at the visitor centre and take the shuttle, or you will be turning around on a road with nowhere to turn around.
While the park shuttle is operating, vehicles and vehicle combinations with an overall length greater than 23 feet are prohibited from parking at the Visitor Center, Paria Viewpoint, Bryce Canyon Lodge, Bryce Point, Inspiration Point, Sunset Point, the Historic Service Station, the lots adjacent to the Sunrise and Sunset Motel units, and the gravel lot next to the Canyon Trail Rides barn.

What this means for you: In shuttle season a 24-foot rig cannot legally park at any of the main viewpoints — including the Visitor Center. Leave the RV at your campground or in Bryce Canyon City and ride in.
