Bahia Honda State Park is consistently rated one of the best beaches in the United States. Located at mile marker 37 in the Florida Keys, the park features two white-sand beaches and clear water.
What to Expect: Campsites are steps from the beach with tropical vegetation providing shade. The old Bahia Honda Bridge offers incredible views of the surrounding keys.
Snorkeling: The Looe Key reef, a short boat ride away, is some of the best snorkeling in the Keys. The park offers daily snorkel trips.
Tips for RVers: Sites fill up months in advance, especially January-March (snowbird season). The Buttonwood sites offer electric and water. Sandspur sites are more secluded.

Planning notes
The sunset from the old bridge is unbelievable. Walk out at 6pm and thank me later.
Book the snorkel trip to Looe Key — it's $45 and worth every penny.
Your next step
Getting to Bahia Honda State Park.
This site takes rigs up to 40 ft, which is a question about the vehicle rather than the pad. The nearest pickup point for a rented one is Key West.

Nothing in Florida is bookable today. Dated requests are what we take to owners, so give us the window you actually want — you get one email the day a rig covers it, and nothing else.
