No oversized commercial or recreational vehicle — defined as 11,000 lb registered vehicle weight or more, OR 20 ft or more in length — and no boat of any size may be parked on any street in Wilmington at any time, on any day, except while actually loading or unloading, or with a street storage permit from the Department of Licenses and Inspections. The same rule covers trailer coaches and semi-trailers regardless of size.
