Wichita Code of Ordinances Sec. 11.52.020(24) (Unlawful parking—Exceptions)
A recreational vehicle may not be parked on any street in a residential district in Wichita for longer than two hours without a Use of Street Permit or Use of Right of Way Permit. In any 24-hour period it is unlawful for such a vehicle to be parked on the same side of the street, in the same block, for periods totalling more than two hours.
For any person or operator, except when necessary for the loading or unloading of passengers, property, or merchandise, or the performance of services at a residence, to park a truck as defined in 11.04.385, a bus, recreational vehicle, tractor, road tractor, farm tractor, trailer, semitrailer or commercial vehicle as defined in Subsection (24)(a) of this section, on any street in a residential district, as defined in Section 11.04.275, for longer than two hours without having either a Use of Street Permit or a Use of Right of Way Permit issued under Chapter 10.
