Parking of recreational vehicles is prohibited outright at eleven named locations in downtown Nashville, including both sides of West Main Street, South East Main Street at Old School Way, stretches of Franklin, Jefferson, Johnson and Van Buren Streets, and the parking lot south of Franklin Street between Van Buren Street and Old School Way.
SCHEDULE II. RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING PROHIBITED. Parking of recreational vehicles is prohibited in the following locations:

Nashville reserves part of the Jefferson Street parking area as motor coach parking, where only recreational vehicles may park — cars, trucks, motorcycles and other non-recreational vehicles are prohibited from that area.
Only recreational vehicle may park within the portion of the Jefferson Street parking area designated as motor coach parking. The parking of any car, truck, motorcycle, or other non-recreational vehicles within this area prohibited.

No vehicle meeting the Indiana Motor Vehicle Code definition of a trailer (I.C. 9-13-2-184) may be parked on a public street in Nashville for more than four hours within any 24-hour period. Permits may be granted for special events or special circumstances. Towing a travel trailer into Brown County: four hours on any street, and the clock runs across the whole day rather than resetting when you move.
