Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Sec. 101-27-1-b-1 (All Night Parking — Restrictions)
No vehicle of any kind may be parked on any Milwaukee highway between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., except as otherwise restricted or permitted in the all-night parking section.

Milwaukee Code of Ordinances Sec. 101-27-4-a (All Night Parking — Certain Vehicles Not Eligible)
Camping trailers, motor homes and mobile homes are expressly ineligible for Milwaukee's special-privilege (night) parking permits.
Motor trucks, excep t as provided elsewhere in the code, tow trucks, luxury limousines, as defined in s. 100 -3-11, motor buses, motor delivery wagons, trailers, semitrailers, camping trailers, motor homes, mobile homes and tractors shall not be eligible for special privilege parking permits under this section.
