Sturgeon Bay Code Sec. 7.07 (All-night parking prohibited)
No vehicle may be parked on any street in Sturgeon Bay between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during December, January, February and March.
No operator of any vehicle shall park such vehicle upon any street within the city between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during December, January, February and March.

Sturgeon Bay Code Sec. 7.08(3) (Removal of illegally parked vehicles)
Any motor vehicle or trailer parked or stored on a public highway or public property for more than 48 hours is deemed abandoned and constitutes a public nuisance, and may be towed.
No person shall park or store any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer on any public highway or public property, for such time and under such circumstances as to cause the vehicle to reasonably appear to have been abandoned. Except as otherwise provided in this paragraph, whenever any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer has been parked or stored for more than 48 hours, the vehicle is deemed abandoned and constitutes a public nuisance.
