Shop Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of physical goods from the PickRV Shop (the "Shop") at pickrv.com/shop. The Shop is operated by PICKRV LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its registered address at 1647 Van Buren St, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA, and is a separate offering from the PickRV rental marketplace. Rental transactions are governed by the rental Terms of Service at pickrv.com/terms; nothing in these Terms of Sale modifies the rental Terms of Service, and nothing in the rental Terms of Service modifies these Terms of Sale.

By placing an order through the Shop, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy, the Return Policy, and the Product Safety Statement. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Shop ships to U.S. addresses by default. International shipping is offered where indicated on individual product pages and is subject to the destination country's customs, duties, and import-VAT regimes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Every product in the Shop is an original work by PickRV's in-house design team. PickRV does not sell products bearing third-party trademarks, third-party copyrighted designs, or state-tourism / National-Park-Service marks. "Mighty 5" is a registered trademark of the Utah Office of Tourism and is not used on PickRV products. National park names, the NPS arrowhead, and NPS feature names remain the property of the U.S. National Park Service and are not used on PickRV products.

Product images may be photographic mock-ups; final printed product may have minor color variation due to monitor settings and print substrate. Sizes and specifications listed on each product page are accurate to within standard manufacturing tolerances.

Most Shop products are made on demand by PickRV's fulfillment partner. Estimated production + shipping windows are shown on each product page. Actual delivery dates depend on the partner's queue, courier performance, and your shipping address.

The fulfillment partner is an independent contractor; PickRV is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or to events outside the partner's reasonable control (severe weather, customs hold, labor disruptions, etc.). PickRV WILL assist with claims in those situations on a good-faith basis.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. PickRV reserves the right to correct typographical or other pricing errors before charge. Where you have already paid for an order containing a pricing error, PickRV will either honor the order or contact you to either confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund.

Prices shown do not include sales tax. PickRV is not currently registered to collect sales tax in any state, so no sales tax is added to a Shop order. Where a marketplace facilitator law or an economic-nexus threshold makes PickRV the collector, tax will be calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm — this page will say so, and the amount will appear on your order.

Estimated tax shown in the cart is an indicator only. The authoritative tax amount is calculated by Stripe at the secure checkout and shown to you before you confirm the purchase (16 CFR Part 464 Junk Fee Rule compliance).

Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") at checkout. Card data is tokenized client-side by Stripe Elements; PickRV does not collect, store, or transmit primary account numbers. By placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you selected for the order total shown at checkout.

If your payment is declined by your card issuer, the order is not placed. You will not be charged for declined orders.

Risk of loss for physical goods passes from PickRV (and the fulfillment partner) to you upon delivery by the courier to the shipping address on the order. PickRV's responsibility ends at carrier delivery confirmation.

If your shipment is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or delivered to the wrong address through carrier error, contact support@pickrv.com within 14 days of the carrier's last status update and we will work with the partner + carrier to either re-ship, refund, or open a carrier claim on your behalf.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy at /shop/returns. In summary: most unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (return shipping is paid by the buyer). Made-to-order custom items (size + color variants of personalized products) may not be returnable; the product page will note this where it applies.

Refunds for product defects, mis-printed items, or shipping damage are refunded in full (including the buyer's return shipping cost) within 10 business days of receipt by the fulfillment partner.

EXPRESS WARRANTY. PickRV warrants that products sold through the Shop conform substantially to the description on the product page at the time of order, are free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, and pass any product-safety standard explicitly stated on the product page.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickRV disclaims all OTHER warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, EXCEPT where prohibited by state law. The express warranty above is in lieu of all other warranties. Some U.S. states do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties; in those states the disclaimer is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

MAGNUSON-MOSS NOTICE. To the extent this is a written warranty governed by the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.), this is a LIMITED WARRANTY and is not a full warranty under that act.

EXCEPT for the carve-out categories below, PickRV's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase of Shop products shall not exceed the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. EXCEPT for the carve-outs, PickRV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

CARVE-OUTS. The limitation does NOT apply to (i) bodily injury, death, or personal injury; (ii) gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or intentional misrepresentation; (iii) violations of applicable consumer-protection statutes; or (iv) any other category of damages that applicable law prohibits from being limited. This list is intended to comply with California Civil Code § 1668 and analogous laws.

Shop products carry product-safety attestations on each product page (16 CFR Part 1610 textile flammability, 16 CFR Part 1500 hazardous-substances, where applicable). See /shop/cpsc for the full Product Safety Statement.

If you believe a Shop product presents a safety hazard, stop using the product and contact support@pickrv.com immediately. Per CPSC reporting rules (15 U.S.C. § 2064(b)), PickRV will report substantial product hazards to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission as required by law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by California law without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from a Shop purchase are subject to the dispute-resolution procedures in the rental Terms of Service §9 (small-claims carve-out, McGill public-injunctive-relief carve-out, AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, mass-arbitration protocol), which are incorporated here by reference.

PickRV may update these Terms of Sale by posting a revised version at /shop/terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Orders placed before the effective date remain governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of the order.
