List your RV for WC 2026 in 60 minutes

Stage 1 — Eligibility check (5 minutes)

Before you waste an hour on the listing, confirm three things: your rig model year is within the underwriter window (typically the last 12 model years for Class C, 15 for Class A and travel trailers), your title is clean and in your name, and your home-state registration is current. PickRV cannot list rigs with salvage titles or expired registration.

Stage 2 — Photos and walk-through video (15 minutes)

Listings with eight or more honest photos plus a single walk-through video close at meaningfully higher rates than photo-only listings in comparable tests. Shoot in even daylight, exterior front + rear + both sides, then interior cab, galley, dinette, beds, bathroom, generator panel, propane tank. Walk-through video: one continuous shot, 30 to 90 seconds, narrate as you go. Do not stage. Do not retouch. PickRV reviewers reject listings with obviously enhanced or editorial photos.

Stage 3 — Pricing setup (10 minutes)

PickRV offers two pricing modes: fixed nightly with manual seasonal adjustments, or dynamic with event-driven surge bands you control. For WC, dynamic with explicit surge bands is the standard pick. Stage 4 — Insurance details (10 minutes)

PickRV does not sell or offer coverage and is not an insurer — renters arrange their own coverage, and your personal policy continues to handle storage-period risk. You will need to upload the declaration page from your personal RV policy (PickRV stores it encrypted), the most recent annual inspection, and proof of any aftermarket modifications. Stage 5 — Pickup logistics and house rules (10 minutes)

For WC bookings, pickup logistics are the single biggest source of friction. Decide three things up front: pickup window (typical best-practice is two hours, e.g. 10 AM to noon), security-deposit amount (PickRV recommends a $500 to $1,500 hold, depending on rig value), and your house rules around generator use, pets, smoking, mileage caps, and overnight passengers. Write them in plain language. Vague rules generate disputes; explicit rules do not.

Stage 6 — Review submission and WC prioritization (10 minutes)

Submit for review. PickRV review SLA is 48 hours for WC-adjacent hosts and 5 to 7 business days for others. Reviewers may ask for additional photos, a corrected odometer reading, or a clarification on house rules. Respond inside the dashboard; do not start a new listing.

What happens after your listing goes live

PickRV emails you when the listing publishes. Bookings then flow to the dashboard. You set your own minimum-stay rules, blackout dates, and per-match-day surge bands. The platform handles payment processing, deposit holds, ID verification on the renter side, and damage-claim arbitration if needed.

WC-specific opportunity windows

Tournament fixture-list release dates create discrete demand spikes. The 48 hours after a draw announcement, the 72 hours after a knockout fixture is set, and the week before each match-day cluster are the three highest-conversion windows. Have your listing live before those windows.
