Cincinnati Municipal Code Sec. 508-11 (Parking of Trucks Restricted)
No truck or trailer may be parked at any time on any street in a residence district. Cincinnati's traffic code defines "truck" to include a house vehicle, and "house vehicle" to include campers, truck campers and house trailers — so the ban reaches motorhomes and towable RVs, not just commercial trucks.
No person shall park any truck or trailer at any time upon any street in a residence district as defined in Section 501-1-R3.

Cincinnati Municipal Code Sec. 508-23 (Trailer Parking for Unreasonable Time)
A trailer may not be parked or left standing on any street or highway in Cincinnati except while it is actually being loaded or unloaded. A first offence is a minor misdemeanour; a repeat within 12 months is a fourth-degree misdemeanour. Towable RVs get no street time at all in Cincinnati, on any street in any district — and unlike most parking rules this one is a criminal misdemeanour, not a ticket.
