Atlantic City Code § 238-24 (Violations and penalties)
Violating the camper parking or occupancy rules carries a fine of up to $500 or up to 90 days in county jail, or both, at the discretion of the Municipal Court judge. A parking lot owner who permits a parked camper to be used for sleeping, eating or changing is subject to the same penalty. This is not a parking-ticket-grade offence. Jail time is on the books, which is why lot operators enforce it hard. Treat Atlantic City as a no-overnight-in-rig destination.
