Oxford Code of Ordinances Sec. 87-42 (Parking of large equipment and recreational vehicles)
No 'large equipment and recreational vehicle' — defined to include travel trailers, pickup campers or coaches, motorized dwellings, tent trailers, boats and boat trailers, storage trailers and utility trailers — may be parked or stored on any lot in a residential district except in a carport, an enclosed building, or behind the nearest portion of a building to the street. It may be parked anywhere on residential premises for up to 24 hours for loading or unloading, and may never obstruct a street, alley or sidewalk.

No large equipment or recreational vehicle may be parked anywhere on city streets, including city parking spaces, for more than 24 hours.
No large equipment or recreational vehicle, as defined in subsection (a) of this section, shall be parked anywhere on city streets, including but not limited to city parking spaces, for a period in excess of 24 hours.

It is unlawful to park any vehicle on any street within the city for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours. The general backstop for a tow vehicle you leave behind while the RV is at a campground. Note that this 72-hour allowance does NOT rescue the RV itself, which is capped at 24 hours by Sec.

Oxford Code of Ordinances Sec. 106-1 (Parking restricted), Chapter 106 — Trailers and Trailer Parks
It is unlawful to place a mobile home, house trailer or similar trailer on any lot or premises within the city except within a mobile home park. Reported with a caution: the section is titled 'Parking restricted' and sits in the Trailers and Trailer Parks chapter, but it dates to 1960 and its subject is placement of mobile homes and house trailers, not transient RV parking. A modern travel trailer arguably reads as a 'similar trailer'.
