Biloxi Code of Ordinances Sec. 20-3-11 (Parking time limit generally)
No vehicle or camper may be parked on the streets continuously at or about the same location for longer than 24 hours. Boats and boat trailers are capped at 12 hours; tractor-trailers at 2 hours.

Biloxi Code of Ordinances Sec. 20-3-24 (Parking along U.S. Highway 90; parking bays and service drives)
Parking is prohibited on public property south of the north margin of the U.S. Highway 90 right-of-way, including its service drives and frontage roads, anywhere other than designated parking areas — and parking in those bays, service drives and frontage roads is prohibited outright from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in the herein parking areas and service drives or frontage roads from the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Biloxi Code of Ordinances Sec. 20-3-4 (Parking in Biloxi Small Craft Harbor, Covacevich, and Point Cadet parking lots)
Overnight camping is prohibited in the parking lots adjacent to the Biloxi Small Craft Harbor, the Covacevich lot north of Point Cadet Marina, and the Northeast lot north of Point Cadet Marina, where parking is limited to patrons of the harbor and marina. These are the large, flat, tempting waterfront lots. The ban on overnight camping is stated in three words in the middle of the section and is easy to miss. Violators are subject to the towing provisions of Sec. 20-3-21, not just a fine.

Biloxi Code of Ordinances Sec. 12-6-4 (Items prohibited on beach; vehicles and animals on beach; noise; littering)
Motor vehicles of all types are prohibited on the Biloxi sand beach, the seawall and the seawall easement, except vehicles used to maintain or police the beach. Tents and structures of all types are also prohibited, except daylight-only awning-type shelters which must not be erected for overnight use. Settles the 'can I drive onto the sand' question: no. The seawall easement is included, so pulling a rig off the pavement onto the shoulder toward the water is also covered. Violation is a misdemeanor, $25 to $500.
