No motor vehicle which individually, or in combination with a trailer, exceeds 21 feet in length or seven feet in width may be parked on any street or alley in Omaha for more than one hour, unless it is then actually loading or unloading with the driver present. A vehicle in violation is declared a public nuisance and may be removed.

A trailer may not be parked in Omaha unless it is attached to a vehicle suitable for towing it, and that vehicle must remain attached at all times. "Trailer" here expressly includes house trailers.

Omaha's zoning code treats recreational vehicles and trailers under 20 feet as "personal vehicles" that may be parked on a residential lot inside an enclosed structure, or outside in the side yard behind the front setback line or in the rear, on a paved hard-surfaced driveway or adjacent paved pad.
