Omaha Municipal Code Sec. 36-176(a) (Parking of trucks, trailers, and large vehicles)
No motor vehicle which individually, or in combination with a trailer, exceeds 21 feet in length or seven feet in width may be parked on any street or alley in Omaha for more than one hour, unless it is then actually loading or unloading with the driver present. A vehicle in violation is declared a public nuisance and may be removed.
No person shall park a truck or trailer with a licensed capacity over four tons, or any motor vehicle which individually or in combination with a trailer exceeds 21 feet in length or seven feet in width, upon any street or alley for a period of more than one hour unless such vehicle is, after the expiration of such period, actually loading or unloading materials or passengers, or waiting an opportunity to so load or unload materials or passengers and providing the driver is present therewith

Omaha Municipal Code Sec. 36-176(b) (Parking of trucks, trailers, and large vehicles)
A trailer may not be parked in Omaha unless it is attached to a vehicle suitable for towing it, and that vehicle must remain attached at all times. "Trailer" here expressly includes house trailers.
No person shall park a trailer unless the trailer is attached to a vehicle suitable for towing it. Such vehicle shall be attached thereto at all times. For the purpose of this section, "trailer" shall mean any non-self-propelled vehicle or wheeled vehicle, including but not limited to semitrailers, boat trailers and house trailers.

Omaha Municipal Code Sec. 55-742 (Parking of personal vehicles on residential lot)
Omaha's zoning code treats recreational vehicles and trailers under 20 feet as "personal vehicles" that may be parked on a residential lot inside an enclosed structure, or outside in the side yard behind the front setback line or in the rear, on a paved hard-surfaced driveway or adjacent paved pad. If an Omaha host offers driveway space, this is the section that decides whether it is legal — paved surface, and behind the front setback unless the narrow front-yard exception in subsection (b)(3) applies.
