Lincoln Municipal Code Sec. 10.32.070 (Parking of Vehicles on Street Adjacent to Residentially Zoned Property)
It is unlawful to park a self-propelled mobile home, cabin trailer, trailer or any combination exceeding twenty-one feet in length or seven feet in width on any street abutting property in Lincoln's R-1 through R-8 Residential Zoning Districts. A cabin trailer or self-propelled mobile home may park there only for the time needed for expeditious loading or unloading, and never for more than four hours.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle, truck, self-propelled mobile home, cabin trailer, semitrailer, trailer, tractor, truck-tractor, or any combination thereof exceeding twenty-one feet in length, or seven feet in width, upon any portion of a street abutting the property located within the R-1 Residential Zoning District, R-2 Residential Zoning District, R-3 Residential Zoning District, R-4 Residential Zoning District, R-5 Residential Zoning District, R-6 Residential Zoning District, R-7 Residential Zoning District, or R-8 Residential Zoning District
