It is unlawful to sleep in a tent, sleeping bag, automobile, van, truck, camper, trailer or any other vehicle, or in the open, anywhere within the Gulf Place City Beachfront between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless a city council assembly permit authorises it.

Sec. 6-18(a) defines the zone as the area bounded by AL-182 on the north and the Gulf on the south, between the stated lot lines of Gulf Shores Unit One.
No vehicle may be parked or left standing on any public street, public parking lot or sidewalk in the city or its police jurisdiction for more than 48 consecutive hours; doing so is unlawful and is declared a nuisance.
