It is unlawful to sleep in, or use for habitation on any basis, any vehicle — car, bus, van, truck, motor home, or any state-registered vehicle — while it is parked or stopped on any public street, alley or other public property in the city.
It shall be unlawful for any person to sleep in or use for habitation, either on a temporary or permanent basis, any vehicle (car, bus, van, truck, motor home, or any vehicle required to be licensed and registered for operation under laws of the state of Arkansas) while the motor vehicle is parked or stopped on any public street or alley or other public property within the city.
