It is unlawful to sleep in, or use for habitation on any basis, any vehicle — car, bus, van, truck, motor home, or any state-registered vehicle — while it is parked or stopped on any public street, alley or other public property in the city.

What this means for you: Eureka Springs has a whole chapter titled 'Sleeping in Vehicles' and it names motor homes explicitly. There is no time window — sleeping in the rig on any public street or public lot is unlawful at any hour. In a town this small with this little off-street space, that means a campground reservation is not optional.
It is unlawful to camp, sleep or use for habitation any public property in Eureka Springs unless that property is designated a public campground by the parks and recreation commission, or unless the police issue a special overnight permit.
