No nonmotorized vehicle, camper trailer or boat may be stopped or parked within the limits of any Burlington street for more than 24 consecutive hours. A vehicle counts as having been parked 24 consecutive hours unless it is moved off the street for 12 consecutive hours during the day in question.

Burlington Code of Ordinances § 20-61 (Extended parking prohibited)
No vehicle may be left in the same place within the limits of a Burlington street for longer than three days. The clock starts when a police or parking enforcement officer first observes it, and "moved" means relocated at least 25 feet from the original spot for at least 36 hours.
No person shall leave a vehicle in the same place within the limits of a street for a period longer than three (3) days. This period starts when the police department or parking enforcement officer observes a vehicle in a space. From that time the vehicle must be moved within three (3) days. For the purposes of this section the term "moved" is defined as relocating a vehicle at least twenty-five (25) feet from its original location for a time period of thirty-six (36) hours.
