Owners keep 75% of every booking. There are no listing fees and no monthly minimums — owners set their own calendar, price, and pickup rules. State Pioneers, the first three hosts in each state, keep an even higher share during their first year.

Is PickRV an insurance company?

No. PickRV is a marketplace, not an insurer or insurance underwriter. Optional liability coverage is offered at checkout through a licensed third-party insurer. The provider name, policy limits, and deductible are disclosed before you purchase, and you can decline.
